Progressing steadily, he established his own stone-crushing mines, delving into the realms of mining and transportation. As the elder sibling in the family, he made his mark in the family business, contributing significantly to its success and glory through his dedicated efforts
Mr Gorasia’s passion for mining and transportation has propelled the company to unprecedented heights, and his commitment to the group’s development has been instrumental in its flourishing. Following in his father’s footsteps, he is actively involved in various social initiatives, such as constructing lakes in deserted areas for water conservation and ensuring access to water in villages. Moreover, through the Mavji Devraj Trust, he extends support by providing free education and healthcare to those in need, reflecting his commitment to societal well-being.

Mr. Gopal Mavji Gorasia, serving as the Director of Swaminarayan Vijay Carry Trade Private Limited, also holds the position of Chairman at the Gorasiya Education Society and Mavji Devraj Charitable Trust. With a wealth of experience in cement trading and transportation, he has played an integral role in both grassroots and organizational development.
During the era of cement quotas from 1956 to 1989, when the distribution of cement was monopolized, Mr Gopal Gorasia’s relentless efforts secured the sole cement agency in the Kutch region for the distribution of Hathi Cement, marking a pivotal success for the group. In 1998, seizing an opportunity with the advent of the Adani group in Mundra-Kutch, our company, under Mr Gopal Gorasia’s leadership, became a prominent transporter for their inaugural vessel from Mundra port. Today, due to his unwavering dedication, we stand as one of the leading transporters, stevedoring agents, and loose cargo handlers at Adani Mundra port.
Mr. Gopal Gorasia’s commitment and hard work have been instrumental in the company’s progress. His pioneering efforts and extensive experience have significantly contributed to the success of the company in diverse fields such as cement trading, transportation, stevedoring, trading, land development, and social work. Beyond the corporate realm, his values are evident in the upliftment of society through initiatives like providing free education and healthcare to the underprivileged, facilitated by the Gorasiya Education Society and Mavji Devraj Trust, established by his late father, Shri Mavjibhai Devraj Gorasia. Additionally, he actively collaborates with Super Specialty Hospital to enhance healthcare facilities in the region, reflecting his commitment to community well-being.
