SVCT started real estate development in 2002 after the biggest earthquake that hit in the year 2001 when Bhuj-kutch was affected. With the vision of helping Kutch stand back on their feet, we started 300 plots residential project scheme in Bhuj. At present, we have completed more than 10 residential projects with 6000+ plots and more than 10 lakh sq meters has been developed for residence. We are venturing into commercial real estate development, with upcoming projects that include shopping malls, offices, and workspaces in the years ahead.
